POSITION OVERVIEW
TRC is seeking a Human Resources Service Center Manager located in Hyderabad, India and supporting our global Human Resources Team and Operations. This position would be part of a skilled team that works closely with business operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and personable individual with an eye for detail and a desire to be part of a growing and high-performing team.
Oversees various day-to-day customer service and support activities of the Human Resources Service Center, to include HR customer services, electronic employee data entry and control. The HR Service Center is responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries via phone, email and HR ServiceDesk tickets across the disciplines of HR, payroll, recruitment, employee relations (standard operating procedures & HR policies etc.) and compensation and benefits. The HR Service Center Manager will escalate more complex issues to HR leadership. Initially, the Manager will build the Service Center and in the longer term will streamline processes to reduce manual and redundant work.
