Looking for a Sr. GIS Developer to work with a core team to develop a GIS-based product platform. You may be called upon to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of geospatial applications through the concept, design, and implementation phases.
Your role will also include supporting the developer team in utilizing GIS applications and software. The Sr. GIS Developer is expected to create software that meets functional and non-functional requirements; code solutions, and unit tests, ensure the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall product platform; and creates well-written documentation to accompany the product.

TRC is seeking an International Payroll Manager located in Hyderabad, India. This position would be part of a skilled team that works closely with business operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and personable individual with an eye for detail and a desire to be part of a growing and high-performing team.
This position will lead and manage international Payroll function and operations in accordance with applicable country tax, wage and hour laws, including data processing, disbursement, taxes, garnishments, deductions, benefits administration, reporting, and compliance. They will be responsible for electronic payroll processing, reconciliation, recordkeeping, reporting, compliance, audit, control, and security.
This position will begin with administering the India payroll and will ultimately administer all foreign (to the US) payrolls including UK and Canada.
Reporting to the Corporate Payroll Supervisor, this position will actively communicate with local and Corporate Human Resources, Corporate Payroll, Accounting/ Finance, and Business Unit leaders for data requirements, Payroll and Benefits/ Compensation alignment, policy interpretation, and related project needs.

Oversees various day-to-day customer service and support activities of the Human Resources Service Center, to include HR customer services, electronic employee data entry and control. The HR Service Center is responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries via phone, email and HR ServiceDesk tickets across the disciplines of HR, payroll, recruitment, employee relations (standard operating procedures & HR policies etc.) and compensation and benefits. The HR Service Center Manager will escalate more complex issues to HR leadership. Initially, the Manager will build the Service Center and in the longer term will streamline processes to reduce manual and redundant work.
